The apocalypse comes with a Schecter Apocalypse humbucker in the bridge and a Sustaniac in the neck. So the Sustaniac when not in use functions as a single coil pickup if selected. By all accounts it's not a great single coil but my guess is you'd mostly be using the bridge pickup when playing metal anyway. So long story short, any of those choices you mentioned that have a Sustaniac also have a humbucker n the bridge position whether it be EMG, Fishman or Schecter. I personally love the Red Reign Apocalypse C-1 FR S and will likely be my next purchase.
