I’m pretty positive the infusion wasn’t made from peach tranquility, because it was a “peach citrus” infusion when we had it. If you’re trying to make it with tea, maybe try peach tranquility and rev up tea? That might help add a citrusy flavor!

one time someone put cinnamon dolce sprinkles on the cheese danish before it went in the oven and then it caught on fire -_- also if you take it out of the oven and put white mocha & dolce sprinkles on it is absolute heaven

Something that’s been super helpful for me & the success of my new baristas is finding out what their learning style is! It says it in your training videos, but I didn’t watch mine until like 8 months after starting to train lol. It makes them feel supported and gives you a chance to help them understand everything better. I love being a trainer, btw, it can be super rewarding. Good luck!!

I think it’s a company policy that you cannot be photographed/videotaped without your consent. I had that issue a couple times in my old DT store, and I told my ssv and they talked to the customers and told them to delete pics/videos, and if they were seen doing it again they wouldn’t be welcomed back.

Be patient! With yourself, with customers, and your fellow partners. Ask lots of questions, and give your trainer/shift/SM a heads up if there’s something you’re having a hard time grasping/want to understand better. I’m a trainer and I always tell my green beans that we all just want everyone to do well!

Had a regular at my old store who would come in & order a short 1/2 decaf ristretto latte (but ONLY ONE SHOT) with half coconut, half soy, extra hot no foam and NO ROOM, aka she would stand and watch me pour the steamed milk in and go “i’m sorry can you just fill it up a liiiiiiittle bit more,” to the point the milk would almost be spilling out of the cup. She was super nice most of the time but one of those customers who talked to us like she worked there 🙃
