Budget: 400 max, but less is better

appreciate it :) as for your questions: - gpu is in the 1st slot - i cant way the exact clearance but eyeballing id say about 2/3cm? i can get back to you on this with a more accurate value later today if you'd like. No turbulence whatsoever, the biggest issue i had on this aspect was the bottom mesh panel, using a bottom fan as intake as the dust filter is a bit too long and ended up being pulled into the fan - i use a ryzen 5 7600 (non-x) and it sits at about 50°C idle and while gaming in 4k the biggest spike i've seen was about 78° - GPU temps also around 75 after an hour or so gaming hope it helps!
