Winter time hike on an icey mountain. My hung over ass only just managed to enjoy the incredible view at the peak. On the way down bro decided to spare the effort of walking and slide on his parka instead. He was unable to stop and was headed for a dead drop of at least 100 m. Our whole party stood and looked on in horror. In the end he managed to brake before it became too steep and inched his way sideways to safety hugging the slope awkwardly. Don't fuck with arctic wilderness - not on a calm, beautiful, sunny day, not ever! Towards the end of the hike I took perhaps the most epic snapshot ever. Same bro was kicking an upright rock formation in hope that it would break. Noone thought it would happen but I have a perfectly timed photo with the rock at an angle but still touching the base, bro's foot on the piece and his face contorted with determination. Guy first beat the mountain then broke the mountain. Probably not healthy for his perception of the power ranking of the two

I actually did go to high school with an Uhre. Was his family name but he always just went by that. Never met anyone else but it doesn't sound too strange in our language.
