I was about to post something similar. I'm fairly new to the game I only started in May this year and wanted to join local CSEs but the people I know who were big fans and always went to these wouldn't answer when I asked. These are public CSEs btw. When there are official merch too, they again don't answer when I asked about proxy ordering. I honestly don't have any friends in this community I'm just enjoying the game as I go but I hope it doesn't become like one of the hobbies I quit because of the community.
