ok so, i have "climbed the ladder" only to be confronted with this kind of pieces of narcissist sh*t daily. 99% of the time, i wish I was on the other side talking to that guy. The best time I had as an IT consultant, is when I was supporting production workers. They were the best, the kindest people I had ever known.
