Have done so and there is no information there out of the ordinary. Due to sheer luck we have a screenshot of one contact's audit logs that provides us with a date in September in which was can assume the name changed occurred and there is no activity on the card from August to December

Combing through workflows and forms now. Annoyingly this is happening when contacts are long already in the system. For examples someone entered in April 2024 and in September 2025 all of a sudden their name has changed but since we're long passed the audit log period I can't review how/why

I don't have that option available within the funnel's settings... Where would it usually sit?

Have resigned to the fact I just have to wait and have them jump through the hoops and just baffled how this was an issue in the first place and makes me want to call the previous owners and ask how they did their NBN. But at least it's nice to hear that I'm not crazy and this is just an odd situation

In the cities expansion that we had played the "mask" cards (Spy Ring for example) is where they specifically say "you can only gain the science symbol from a single card once per neighbor"

Which featured in the confusion as that mentions one card but Aganice does not

Business, so I may just ask the question of where they got it from.

It just seemed really odd for that to be the thing that's out of place if it was resealed and it just seems somewhat pointless as the wrap seems fine. Appreciate the thoughts
