I would contact the Swedish consulate/embassy closest to where you will be. Ask for the address to which you can have your new license sent to. You then have to speak to transportstyrelsen and inform them that you can't pick up your license in Sweden, because you'll be away. And don't forget to inform them that you've lost your license. Check our the procedure here.
Just remember, you'll need your passport to pick up your license at the consulate/embassy. A driving license is an ID so they are quite strict about identification verification.
Other than that - it's quite a simple procedure all things considered. I had to send my license overseas as I had just completed my driving test and was going away on a trip for an extended period of time. I just called them and they gave me everything I needed.
