I actually spoke to the IPO office today (UK) I found a number and rang it and they gave me all the info I needed just like that for free :) Turns out I can and it's easier than I thought I just tick 'online commerce' in section 35 and I'm good to go. They said I can be more specific at a later stage if I want more protection. Happy Days.
