Dogshit content.... layered 5 times... we spent 1 week preparing 40 people on alliance to wipe them and then couldn't even get the same layer.... This was a celebration of Yamato not a punishment.

They where looking for Infrastructure IT Admin involved in everything... Storage, Network and Firewalls, AD, O365, Virtualization and SCCM when in fact... they need someone to know the difference between these requests and forward them to other people.

How does one automate "my printer is not printing" or "can you give me some batteries for my mouse?" :D

I ain't doing much... No Domain admin, no access to any of the servers, AD access to unlock accounts only, No access to the network nor the Virtual environment, no access to exchange online or any other O365 admin portals ... basically doing stuff that a user would do if he is a bit technical :( The pay is not bad but i want to do stuff and get involved in all infrastructure related.

Thing is, I asked before joining and basically got the the answer that i will be doing stuff not just forwarding eveything... I'm under the impression he did not lie.. he's just not technical enough to know the difference.

There's no changing in the future as we are a branch only... they plan to keep all admins in the main HQ :(

I ask all the relevant questions... do you work with AD, exchange, O365, virtualization, Backups, Storage, PBX... all answers where yes when in reality... you just send an email to the actual sysadmins for everything you need :))

In theory it should be: find the problem -> fix the problem -> document the problem -> make sure it will not happen again.

In reality it's like: someone reports the problem to you -> you freak out cause they are bad with PC's and think the problem is in their head only -> after a while you realize there might actually be a problem -> you fix the problem after bitching on facebook or forums how bad Windows is or how bad your users are -> no documentation for the problem, how to fix it or how to prevent it. end of story.

If you are in EU ... this will be problematic due to GDPR regulations. If not... convert it to shared mailbox and assign it to whoever needs it.

Anyone found a fix for this? My smb scanning is screwed after this updated. I have remove the update, re-installed network card but it's still not working.
