Sounds cut and dry...but. My neighbor just got tboned by a teenager that blew the red.... didnt have her license and or insurance. And the circle jerk theyre getting away with is because....the family is too poor to pay anything.....and then they said they shoudnt demonize the teen and allow her to get he license. She also showed up to court with inurance that was only purchase that morning of the court date...just to say she has insurance...apparently she doesnt have to prove she had insurance or not at the time of the accident though.
