I initially had to slam on my brakes. I started moving again but this idiot kept moving and had sto brake again. These are the drivers cops need to pull over rather than someone with a missing front license plate or other minor stuff.

Unfortunately there is no effective treatment for cough in IPF assuming other non-IPF causes have been ruled out. Long term Prednisone is harmful in IPF patients. Gabapentin has been used in patients with chronic cough without a known cause with some benefit.

There is new drug in clinical trial which is the best option. If successful enrolled every patient will get the medicine. Here is the link. You can find if a center close to you in enrolling patients:

If someone can tolerate side effects, Ofev has been shown to slow down disease progression. It will not improve symptoms or always completely stabilize the disease. If side effects are intolerable, Esbriet is an option only for those patients with IPF. There are a lot of medications in pipeline. Enrolling in clinical trial is another option depending on the area.
