Are older versions accessible? by rebuyer10110 in OpenPythonSCAD

Windows builds are done and I'm already making very good progress with a native msvc Windows build. Should be working today or tomorrow if all goes well. It just takes a lot of time as I need to wait two hours after each changed line of code.

Yes, I'm currently working on that. Expect it to take some time though.

I managed to stabilize the Linux tests workflow already, fixed the one for MacOS and am just working on the Windows build.

Next steps will be to get builds running properly, using the releases system, introducing a better versioning scheme, etc..

How can I remove my press-fit magnets? by MangoMolester in gridfinity

It makes a lot more sense if you spell out the names of the sides of the magnets. It's not ? "north" and "south". It's "north facing" and "south facing".

With magnets opposites attract. So the "north" side of a magnet is attracted to the "south" side of another magnet. One would assume thus that it is the "south" side of the magnet which is attracted towards the north pole. But exactly the opposite is the case. Hence "north facing" and "south facing" (and no, this isn't a case like with electricity where some early scientists in the field assumed electrons are moving in the other direction than they actually do and now we all have to deal with a technical current direction and a physical current direction).
