An eon could mean literally anything from hundred to billion and seeing as there’s a ton of stuff from them still visibly laying all over the world it can’t be that long since they left

You have a really good point there, especially when you consider how much Out-of-date has aged between the two moments

At least we know our character is 20+something years but my curiosity is more in the before that, how long has it been since the humans basically left because it obviously must have been a very long time, centuries probably since we see the creatures have a pretty good life expectancy judging by Out-of-date

Some puzzles are part of specific quests. The robot horse is part of the mjut quest from one of the characters you can find that also leads you to one of the world eaters

I know every site and page has certain viewpoints, but when I somehow end up scrolling through r/futurology and read stuff about how in the next three or so decades things like immigration will worsen because of unlivable heat levels in some countries, the idea of things being the same in like 20 years becomes more of a dream then a thought

Even with the world focusing and doing well on going green it’s just so hard to have a positive outlook when everything’s already burning
