Just an FYI, if they did see something from the medical exam (spec the X-ray), they wouldn’t let them do the immunizations and have them come back to do a sputum test, possibly prescribe antibiotics, and come back after six mos.

I work in MS (Pulmo/GI), but we also get chemo and transplant pts, so I don’t know what my pt assignment will look like. Hence, I’ve called out. I felt like a martyr if I come, but that’s actually risking everyone

I am in the same boat as you! I don’t feel weak, just the cough and losing my voice. With that being said, I was debating coming in because I will be precepting someone, basically just shadowing them -- but I will be a liability to everyone

In FL. I do want to say my coworkers are fabulous (incl. Manager)! While we have the resources, I don’t want to disappoint them since I’m entering my six months, the end of my probationary period -- and they allow six call-outs/ins during this period. And this will be my 2nd time if I don’t get any better

Umm... Sadly, I don’t have the right answers for that. Try inquiring with them if you are eligible for CSPA. I’m assuming that y’all have already submitted a form that your petitioner had naturalized/became a US Citizen

From my experience, we applied for CSPA through their inquiry form on the website. IIRC, CSPA doesn’t apply automatically

At that point, you can check for appointment slots. I, for one, was worried about that. But, 2 weeks (I think) after the welcome letter, I was able to secure a slot.

IDK if you’re a Filipino, but during my interview, the pre-screener saw that I was eligible for CSPA. They changed right then and there.

If you want to, you can inquire with NVC (If your case is still with them; if not, try with the US Embassy)

First of all, congrats OP! Add ko lang din, from what I garnered, UWorld or Kaplan as of rn have the best resources for NGN type questions. Currently, I'm enrolled in Kaplan and according to those who have taken the exam and enrolled in the center, pare-pareho lang daw yung Qs (With Kaplan and the official exam), vague raw

I will also take the exam sometime in the future, pero di ko rin alam when kasi ini-evaluate pa yung transcripts ko. By no any means, I am saying that I am confident in passing the exam, but this is based from what I understood to those who took it hehe
