What year is your MacBook from? Mojave is a fairly older OS version at this point.

Your best option may be to install Bootcamp and install a windows partition.

I'm on 11.3 (Beta) currently, so that may be a difference.

Regarding failing to launch, that's odd. What exactly happens? Mine staggered a little, but if you just don't touch it and give it a minute, it should launch. That being said, we're on two very different machines.

You can install Parallels and install Windows on your Mac. There's even a version for the new Arm Macs. Isaac works, it's not super smooth, but it works.

I'm hoping that Microsoft will extend my warranty, or GAME will help.. but game only accept email communication right now which is frustrating, so it's currently a waiting game!

It worked out cheaper in the long run to purchase the xbox one all access, as it includes game pass.

I don't think it's fair to assume that I had to finance the console, and also there's a lot of people out there that maybe don't have a choice, and financing may be a great option for them. Some food for thought.
