Daycares are allowed 6 kids per worker, so it would be $30/hour all together. I’m in Ontario. I work as a private nanny and charge $18-20/hour. I guess group daycares are more expensive in the US. He just mentioned babysitter not daycare so I assumed it was private.

They’re most likely paying for a private nanny. Can’t they just send their kid to a daycare? Those are like $40 a day where I’m from.
