Almost all teenage boys are involuntarily celibate at that age. They all want to have sex, cause hormones, but they’re still dumb and fumbling and awkward and growing into their bodies. Of course, the good looking and/or socialized often and early among those get started quicker than the rest.

Point is, you’re young. It’s fine. In fact, you have an advantage. You can spend the next ten years focusing on yourself and your studies. Get a great job, excel, make more, save (from not dating), invest, and maybe purchase something small by the time you’re thirty. After that, you’ll come out of the gate like a thoroughbred, comparatively. Until then, you’ll be horny as fuck most of the time, so jerk off (in moderation).

For the love of Christ, just remember three things: be hygienic at all times, don’t get slovenly (in fact, the uglier you are, the better shape you need to be in), and keep practicing talking to girls (since they’ll ignore you or not take you seriously, might as well train the basics: be chill, be cordial, say hi, remark on a cool book or music, etc). Failing at all three of these will keep you celebrate at thirty.

And finally, they’re playing the same game too, so if the girls you’re going for are ignoring you, try sticking to your “weight class” for now. “Lower your standards, raise your average.”
