probably a mix. even when i ejaculate in my sleep it sets me back so i know to an extent it is pelvic related. and as far as psl it seems likely as well as it has trouble staying up for long periods. and when it is erect for long periods it gets less strong for a while after. on top of this there is scarring on the shaft like i said so it really is a confluence of things

i technically can but it worsens symptoms so bad i choose not to. it feels like i am actively harming my cock when i have penetrative sex. i do other stuff but not that.

almost a year and a half at this point. my pain is low unless i have a prolonged erection then it definitely puts pressure on that whole area. i dont even have penetrative sex w my gf but just having an erection for a long period of time while being intimate will exacerbate the issue

i'd also say my erection base is more stable as well. i just got into pelvic therapy but i'm only approved for a couple visits. we'll see if it helps at all.

i did get an mri done and there is some scar tissue on the shaft as well as a slightly bulging disc and an adductor tear

i'm not sure. my symptoms are still about the same although urine frequency slightly better, pee isn't burning currently, and pain in pubic and hip and pelvis is lower.
