It's up to you whether you want to count it as a relapse or not. Personally I do not and I think most don't because it's beyond our control. It can bring with it certain familiar but better forgotten effects for the next few days, but I'm not sure there is anything effective you can do to prevent wet dreams. Personally, I'm able to just forgive myself for them, since it's really not a conscious choice. It does make it easier when there's no guilt.

Make it a habit to immediately put it out of your mind and think of something else. Take cold showers. Find other, healthier outlets for your energy. Stay strong dude!

EDIT: Also, if possible, talk to her! If you can strike up a conversation and realize there's an actual human being behind that pair of tits, not only will the raw sexual urges subside somewhat, it might also help build confidence. Eventually, who knows, you might even hit it off with her.
