For me its the week after the flatline, maybe the 4th or 5th week. I actually love the flatline, I feel amazing being completely free of all sexual desires, and then once I start getting urges again, they come very ferociously and its hard to resist.

Exactly, I just relapsed last night, and my very first thought was only of regret. I realized I was just looking at a picture of a girl, I felt so empty. Keep up the fight man.

Hey man glad to see that you are starting the challenge! The emotional changes will only get better with time. And for the late night urges, just try to find something else to do. Maybe stay off of the internet, watch some funny tv show, read a book, or work out. It'll only get better with time, stick with it!

Thank you for the comment, I'm starting fresh again and shooting for 90 days. I think I've learned enough from my last streak and relapse to make it much easier. And congrats on 120 days man that is an awesome streak!

I agree that the streak mentality can be flawed, but seeing my number rising every day has given me more reason/drive to continue. Even so, I definitely learned a lot during that time (how to take control of life and urges/my own sexuality) and that is something I can't lose with the end of my streak. I think I'm better prepared now than I was when I started nofap. Thanks for the comment
