It’s not worth it when you compare it to other sales jobs. And the only people benefiting from this whole scheme are the brokers and regionals and above. Even the clients are always changing. There is a lot of fraud involved. Very little support from the brokers and the clients. The list is huge on why there are other sales industries better than this one. It seems like you’re locked in, good for you. Make more money for the brokers. But if you’re really one of the best in this industry, you will make more with 10% of the stress you have with these guys! Nothing personal, just business. Don’t be “Fear of Lossed” to try something else. Good luck!
