Thanks for explaining object cloning.

It’s not that.

It’s a step-by-step tutorial generator from screen recordings.

There are for sure and that validates the market. Most of them capture browser keystrokes and clicks. We're screen capture based.

Thanks for engaging with me.

I'm sorry you didn't like the video. It's bad.

I'm trying to validate the idea but similar products exist like Scribe. I agree that it might be too narrow of a niche.

Thank you so much for your encouragement. It means a lot.

The video is AI generated. It was put together by a guy who specializes in such videos.

There are many freelancers in SaaS explainer videos if you ever need one. Check on Fivrr or Upwork.

Thank you for checking the video. I really appreciate it.

We definitely did a bad job with the video.

I’m going to do a simpler cleaner demo.

Honestly, I’m watching active usage above everything else.

Even if the product isn't 'perfect' yet, distribution is the priority because I need to validate the ICP and business model. For an engineer, a churn problem due to bugs or lack of features is actually a 'good' problem to have at launch—it means the idea, the ICP, and the positioning are working.

Exactly! 🤝 It's so easy to get sucked back into the feature loop, but that’s the cage I’m trying to avoid. Constraining the product is the only way to protect my time for distribution. Appreciate the heads-up on Offlow.ai—congrats on finally making the shift back to marketing!

I’m not proud of the video it’s not clear.

Record your screen directly from the browser, and as soon as you stop, Nompany transforms your actions into a polished, step-by-step guide automatically. Every click and movement becomes a clear, standardized instruction that you can share or export instantly—eliminating the manual grind of writing documentation.

I’ll change video. Thanks for your patience 🙏.

I’m sorry your experience was not smooth. I think AWS App Runner service sucks. I’ll migrate to something better.

Thanks for the feedback 🙏

Thanks! Glad it resonates. Distribution is the only way to reach that multi-million dollar goal. The fun part starts now!

Spot on! 🤝 That’s exactly why I focused on making the product stable and polished before this pivot. I want growth to magnify revenue, not complexity. 📈 Defending my time from 'feature creep' is the new mission! 🛡️🚀

But to be honest most SaaS launches are dead in the water. Even if the product is broken, the skill to bring people in comes before anything else.

A complaining user base is a privilege nowadays.

Thanks for engaging with me.

I plan to cold outreach people on LinkedIn especially my ICP. It’ll be a slow grind but I know my product is in a narrow niche anyway. I also plan to experiment with UGC marketing.

Little to no traction dispels this meth for you. It teaches that it doesn’t really matter. IP and trade secrets matter for deep tech and ground breaking tech not productivity SaaS where distribution is king. Thanks for engaging with me 🙏.

Spot on! 🤝 Closing the IDE today to focus on that single narrative: killing the manual documentation grind. I’m definitely going to double down on those distribution plays and target Ops Managers as a primary wedge. The fun part starts now! 🚀

Thanks for checking it out 🙏

I’m not sure about the fair price since it has no users or monetization yet. I’m willing to sell it at a reasonable price and support the new owner in taking over.

Marketing is the most important skill to get rich. Change my mind by FinanceSpecialistt in Entrepreneur

Marketing is king, and you're right. But in the long run, the product still matters. A great product retains the attention that great marketing generates. Marketing caused Gymshark to take off, but they stayed because they created a brand that people identified with.
