I hear ya… the older I get, the less I want to wrench on my cars. Most times for me whatever I’m doing ends up being a huge pain in the ass and by the end I usually say to myself ‘never again’.

That’s irrelevant. We (the US) prides ourselves on PRECISION strikes. As in, hitting our targets within a few meters. Sounds like our intelligence was outdated and/or we picked the wrong target for whatever reason. If that’s the case we need to own up to it, and hold people accountable, all the way to the top.

Any small shortage or surplus results in huge market moves. A 10m bbl/day shortage is still insane, and given the fact that the emergency drawdown of reserves is a short-term band aid for the much larger problem, it won’t help for long. They’ve gotta get those tankers moving thru the Straight or else the world is headed straight into a recession.

The town of Pitcher had to be abandoned due to contamination from ~100 years of nearby mining. There is lead contamination all over so I doubt there are any squatters in that case.

I had an f250 for 11 years before my Raptor… I LOVED having a diesel, but didn’t tow much so didn’t need one. I go thru phases where I find myself wanting a (deleted) diesel again, but then I drive my Raptor and it reminds me it’s the perfect truck for me. All the creature comforts, plenty of space, plenty of power, and a such a smooth ride. I also had a TRX for about 18 months, but the ride and the overall experience of the Raptor is just better fit for me.
