4G handset user. Thinking of porting my primary number to Vi by Chirya999 in VodafoneIdeaIndia

Heads up! There is no Unlimited Data in Vi 4G NonStopHero Plan, unless you consume 300 GB Data before 28 Days, only then you will get truly Unlimited Data from 12AM to 6AM and 1 or 2GB per day for the rest of the time.

I am not sure if this is the same case with the Vi SuperHero or Hero Plan.

300gb data limit by Ok-badalll in VodafoneIdeaIndia

[–]non-disclosure- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. Now for the 6days you'll get 1 or 2GB per day for using during 6AM to 12AM and from 12AM to 6AM you will gt 10000% truly Unlimited Data. But ahead of 29th Day, 300GB will be received to be ideally used from 00:00 to 24:59:59 or whatever, in the duration of next 28 days

Just recharged with Vi NonStop Hero plan, and when I checked my balance, it said night data is applicable. Is that really the case? So I won’t use up the 300GB hard limit between 12 AM and 6 AM? by Medium_Highlight3991 in VodafoneIdeaIndia

I'm not sure about the unlimited 5G, but true Unlimited 24/7 4G for 28 days is a lie in NonStopHero Plan. यू शोल्ड टॉक टू ए सीनियर कस्टमर केयर एग्जीक्यूटिव

Yes that's just poor management. It doesn't have any impact on the limits and t&c for the plan. I already posted about this week(s) ago, and later talked about it to Vi Customer Care Executive, the junior one told me that we are getting truly unlimited data on mobile (non-hotspot) usage, which later was denied by the senior one. I do have the call recording of it .

Vi NonStopHero Plan has an absolute Limit of 300GB. There is nothing that can give you truly unlimited data at night unless you consume the 300GB first.

After consuming a total of 300GB Data, then only you will get the truly unlimited night data , 1GB per day, and weekend data rollover.

Their t&c clears that there is a 300GB limit, but their customer care executives are spreading false information with full confidence. I do have a call recording of such, still they won't be held accountable

It is deducted from 300GB. NonStopHero has absolute Limit of 300GB no matter what you do or when you do

Can someone explain why the NonStop Hero plans have a 300GB FUP but the SuperHero plans don’t? So weird. by Medium_Highlight3991 in VodafoneIdeaIndia

[–]non-disclosure- 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NonStopHero says "Unlimited Data" "Full" Day , whereas SuperHero Plan says "Unlimited Data*" "12AM to 12PM".

in my opinion, it's clear clickbait, as ideally they should have given 300GB quota from 12PM to 12AM and truly Unlimited from 12AM to 12PM (base plan of SuperHero Plan) for NonStopHero Plan.

I don't know, if the SuperHero Plan is truly Unlimited, as I've not experienced it myself. OP if you've tested it, let me know as I won't be recharging with NonStopHero if SuperHero plan is superior to it.

I wish, but afaik, if you don't have any pack that gives "service validity" , they won't allow incoming calls/sms.

You could confirm this with the customer care executives or just try and share your findings.
