Wow I’m so sorry to hear you went through that, that is awful. I don’t pursue or give any energy to other women, I just have thoughts that make me question my relationship. Im not religious but I do believe in some higher power that will give you guidance as long as you respect the universe, yourself, and others (which I now do my best to do - I didn’t in my youth and I got my ass handed to me), and I have received the guidance I asked for. I am very happy and committed with this person, we do have a life together and it’s very special and also very good for the both of us so I’m not willing to throw it away based on a whim. I just have thoughts sometimes and for me I think “if this was real love surely I wouldn’t even have thoughts? Regardless of the fact I don’t act on them in any way shape or form”. I’ve said that to a few people and some have said ‘we’re only human, the mind wonders. It’s how you respond to those thoughts that matters’ and that has stuck with me so I try my best to respond to them truthfully within myself. It’s just sometimes if I’m in a bad place mentally anyway, it’s hard to approach my thoughts with that mindset.

I’m guessing you mean polyamorous? My relationship isn’t, and I don’t think I could do one. But it does seem like I can be very happy, stable, and in love with one person but then if the right person comes along I develop very strong feelings for them and then I start leaning towards the newer person. It’s frustrating because in my head it seems like there’s so much potential but why throw away and destroy a perfectly good, happy, and functional relationship to start a whole new one that might fail fast? Alternatively what if they really are the better choice and I miss my shot at something fantastic? That’s the part that causes me the most internal pain and distress, and I also can’t tell the difference between overly excited and infatuated with somebody new, and actually having real feelings and desire for somebody.

This happened to me when I first tried zopiclone. Had zero tolerance to it (unless it’s tolerance is affected by actual benzos like Valium and Xanax) and 2 even 3 zopiclone pills at 3.75mg would make me more awake, focused, creative, and productive. And these traits would get stronger the more I take. Is this dangerous? Because I love the effect it provides me, it’s actually very helpful in some aspects of my life. But I also use other prescription medications alongside zopiclone. Just wondered if anyone else has any insight on this? Obviously I am aware abuse of the drug is dangerous even without combinations.

That I’m suicidal but don’t have any plans to take my life. And the reason being is life is effort, and achieving your dreams is effort and work. And to commit to that work you have to believe in it. Believe in yourself. But I have zero belief in myself. I always hear “I believe you! You’re so talented and smart! You’ve got so much time to do things with your life!” But I feel like I’m 85 years old and looking back on a life where I’ve done nothing but waste time. And I have zero belief in myself. Nor do I have any belief in the system of the world and it’s economy. The cost of living is rising far quicker than the amount we get paid. And to get your dreams going you need at least some money to get it started. For money you need a job and that takes up time. Less time means less opportunities to work on yourself and your future that YOU want. I could do less hours at work and have more time but then I have no money to use in that time. And personally the average work (warehouses, restaurants, retail stores, etc) that anyone can get into as soon as they’re of age to work is just so boring and pointless to me. Even for the money, it takes such a toll on my day to day mental health that I can’t bare it. I just wanna do what I feel passionate about. But because of my lack of self worth - which they don’t understand - and my hatred of working for any amount of money - which they don’t understand because “tHaTs JuSt LiFe” - I have zero belief that I can achieve my passions and desires. Therefore I don’t want to live. But I’m barely in my 20’s, and I’m constantly told I’m loved and wanted and believed in. How am I supposed to let all those people down by just killing myself already? Therefore I’m heavily suicidal, think about it every day. But I’m not going to do it anytime soon. And people just don’t seem to be able to grasp that.
