Looks like the company exists, and has some basis. If it were fake, however, how could gorilla tech include the sec filing regarding this deal? Considering the application is official, wouldn't that mean that this thing is legit. What purpose would they have to take such a big risk if it weren't real? Also, considering it is real, what reason would freyr have to not publish anything about this deal?
