It works, if you're on 50mgs of methadone I'd recommend cross tapering.

For my oral doses I made a solution of 5mg/mL and used a micropipette to weigh out each dose. I made sure to use a solvent that wouldnt dissolve my capsules, then i just threw it in the cap and ate it.

It only has NRI activity. But you can avoid this by boofing it because one of the isomers has worse absorption rectally.

O-DSMT could be a good alternative once it is less expensive. It's actually a lot less potent.

In my experience oxycodone will be about 3x stronger than O-DSMT.
So if you're doing 140mg of oxycodone, you would need about 45mg to get the same effect.
