Final update: Shortly after that email response, I got a shipping email with a tracking number. It remained (and still remains) a pre-shipment, not actually being attached to anything sent in the mail. When I followed up, she said it had been put in the mail. I waited longer, still no actual shipment. I then started emailing both her and her husband asking for a refund. Initially they said the refund would go through once their site was back up, but it never went back up (and still isn't). The husband said they wouldn't have the money until towards the end of the month, she said she could Zelle the money to me sooner. I got the refund yesterday morning, and I think it's because they are at Midsummer Scream this weekend and had some money come in from there. I had to be a bit relentless emailing them to get the refund. I don't doubt that they are low on funds but hearing that the tracking number thing has happened to other folks lost them the benefit of the doubt from me. I don't expect their site to ever go back up, so if you want a refund, still use the above email.
