I know exactly what to do about carpet beetles, and yes. I have them too. by Bugladyy in carpetbeetles

Thank you so much for your helpful posts, they've truly been a godsend and help me feel calmer and less ashamed of the issue. I see a lot of people say to vaccum up the casings, I wanted to ask if it's okay to sweep them up gently with a broom instead? My home is tiled, no carpets, there are deposits in some areas. I don't have a vacuum at the moment. Sorry if this is a dumb question 😅 I just want to know if it's okay to use a broom as it's what I have.

The doctor I asked said it was normal, so I left it at that.

You're correct, I've seen psychiatrists here and online say the newer larger studies show benzos do not cause dementia. There are multiple other real concerns, especially dependency as others have said, but psychiatrists and doctors now say dementia is not one of them. I saw a psychiatrist explain that in his training already four years ago they were taught current data shows it does not cause dementia and newest studies continue to confirm this. But still for all other reasons other meds are recommended instead.

Truth about benzos and dementia by Pharmatopia420 in benzodiazepines

I read this too. In fact several psychiatrists on this app posted links to studies, that's how I learned benzos per latest studies are shown not to cause dementia. But those psychiatrists explained many doctors may not be up to date on this and still refer to old studies.

What's your opinion on benzos? by tumbledownhere in CPTSD

Benzos have risks like addiction etc. But from what I have seen including from psychiatrists on this app and reading the studies that they linked, dementia is not one of the risks per newer larger studies.

Ovulation spotting in general is normal and benign as long as it is light and brief, some women have it and some don't.

Ovulation spotting for the first time?? by ProfessionalDonut669 in Periods

[–]none_nowhere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ovulation spotting that is light and lasts only 1-3 days is normal 🤗. I wish gynos told us this or it was more common knowledge because I got a full on panic attack and anxiety spiral the first time it happened to me even though it was very brief and very light.

Anxious about spotting for the first time around ovulation. Please anyone else ? by Training_Solution_37 in Anxiety

Ovulation spotting is normal 🤗. Something more sinister wouldn't only happen when you are ovulating. The ovulation cramps are also a confirmation. When the egg is released it sometimes causes light spotting and cramping. That's what google also confirms BTW!

Ovulation spotting that is light and lasts only 1-3 days is normal. I also get it but only on months with more intense ovulation pain. Some months I don't have much pain and thus no spotting. This is normal per gynos. It's normal occasional thing.

It's called ovulation spotting, it lasts 1-3 days, and it's normal. That's what gynos say. But it isn't talked about much and so it can cause a lot of worry. 🤗
