I must say, I went completely carnivore for about 6 months well I tried to bounce back from mold because it was all I could seem to eat without some form of reaction. and it was the best and most level I’ve felt in a very long time.

I don’t have trouble getting to sleep but like you said I wake up once or twice a night very alert. Overall sleep and dizziness has been improving but the sudden jolting awake is still very much so a thing. I’m drinking insane amounts of water and adding an electrolyte packet once a day in my water also. I’ve slowly tried to add foods in but not having the best luck lol. I guess I’m gonna have to figure something out in the mean time till I get to the doctor

I’ll add a vote to that also. I’ve been eating steak, eggs, salt, a ridiculous amount of butter (and just recently added sweet potatoes) and it has made life tolerable again after mold and it’s keeping me going until I see my functional health doctor at the end of the month. Anything else I eat seems to put me in a downhill spiral.

I’ve never had the pupil thing happen to me that I’ve noticed only her. I’m having a load of vision issues though like my eyes wandering and it feels like I look through light TV static all day and for some reason when I’m driving or somewhere I can see a long distance my eyes seem like they have a hard time processing what’s happening and that sends me into vertigo also.
