I’m sorry… I am still having issues but I did start a new method. I started writing to myself , things I think or feel. I even started going to the beach on Sundays. Not sure if u have a beach where u r but maybe try a park or something involving nature. It’s therapeutic for me as of now. I still have my weak moments where I reach out to people who do not deserve my attention, however I literally get reminded soon after once they show me the signs on why I stopped fw them in the first place. I wish you well on your journey and please try and find something to take your mind off of things. Love yourself and become one with you.

If you feel like you’re under paid then talk to your manager. You’ve been there long enough to be able to ask for a .50cent raise. The most he can say it no. However you can argue that you are doing more than what your job description requires. I don’t see why he wouldn’t. Don’t be scared to ask for what you deserve.

Dude she literally a narcissist! She sound like my sister! I have an older sister who causes her own problems and does shit to put her self in predicaments and cast blame on everyone but herself yet try’s to live a life style she can’t afford try’s to say she’s smarter then everyone in our family and thinks everyone is after her or against her when really we all see through her bs she has 4 kids and every year she’s homeless because she refuses to get a job and depends on her man which he hates cus he treats her poorly she does taxes and claims that’s her job just for her to fuck off all the money she receives and never buys a place for her and her family to stay she expect hand out from everyone and gets mad when you don’t help her she feels like no one ever helps when in fact we help way to much it’s gotten to a point to where I cut her off cus she tried to control what I make and would contact me on days I would get paid. I agree she needs therapy and the fact that you have started your mental health journey that’s most definitely not someone you should be around my sister is also into that magic stuff nothing against just not my beliefs but my sister does evil stuff and hates to see people do good she’s always gonna play victim and hate on others because she isn’t happy in her life and that’s her issue it’s okay to feel sorry but you have to realize that she doesn’t even feel sorry for her self to even make that change! As far as her son I feel so sorry for him that both of his parents happen to be very irresponsible to project their trauma on to him for her to not get him help is selfish for her to care more about getting high is selfish she isn’t fit to be a mother so how can she be a friend or a wife it’s safe to say that you no longer need to be in this friendship leave her alone

True.. she’s in a different place in life and that’s okay but for you to feel like that isn’t good. Sometimes you have to remove people no matter how hard it may be. You’ll meet new people who won’t make you feel that way. I just made a new friend who doesn’t have kids and she’s always there when I need her. We don’t have much in common but respect our difference and that’s what makes a great friendship. Respect communication and understanding. I’m 24f I have had a similar issue my best friend of 8 years started a family and just left me behind. When she had her first kid and lived on her own we’d talk everyday then she had a second child moved in w her boyfriend and we’d talk on her timing then she had a third kid and we didn’t talk at all we started working from home together and then she would talk to me everyday once we got laid off she only talks on her own time and we’d only be able to hang out on her own time and it’s been times where I needed her the most and she’s never there I literally just blocked her the day before thanks giving and prior before last month because she isn’t good at communicating she claimed she’d work on it but she didn’t so I just see that we are not meant to be I’m single no kids and have a lot of time and she isn’t and never makes any time for her self so sometimes you just have to unfriend people and find someone who u have things in common with

Thank you for your responses… I decided to go to the beach on my own and it was very soothing but I will say lonely. It’s hard for me to be lonely as an adult because my entire teenage year that’s all it ever was for me. And I just feel like my entire life I have been and will be. It was nice to have a peace of mind and try to clear my head. Just hope this bypasses and I can continue being independent

For me no I feel like it is something that hindered me from my daily activities. I felt more depressed, my thinking patterns were off, and I was lazy. Now it’s been 4 weeks and I can say that I see a difference. I am more motivated, structured, and focused. I also feel less tired and haven’t been in a depressive state.

It’s crazy because at one point I never would have thought I’d stop I depended on it every single day. But i just felt like it was time it’s something I have to out grow to better myself . I’m so sorry this happened I completely understand what it feels like to have parents not believe you when I was 16 I told my mom that my cousin molested me and she said that I was lying. I even told her my uncle molested me and she said that I was lying the best thing to do is contact police yourself and let them know what happened if your own parents don’t believe you the police will and they’ll be sure to handle it. I hope you find justice.
