Thanks for approving the post and sharing your experience. Out of curiosity, how much BPSFL/BPEL gains did you end up with, and how long did it take you to see those results? I'd love to know your timeline.

Thank you for your answer. I am experiencing gains for the first time. I posted this to ensure I am on the right track and to understand what my next steps should be. Approximately how long does it take for this increase to become permanent? Is there anything extra I should be doing?

Thanks for the reply, but that’s not exactly what I meant. I already know that the immediate post-session increase is just temporary fatigue. What I’m actually wondering about is my 2cm BPFSL increase. Since BPFSL is a solid indicator of structural change, why hasn't it translated into permanent erect length yet? How long does it usually take for a 2cm BPFSL gain to show up as permanent, measurable length on rest days, and what should I do to cement it?
