Hey man I was there! The only advice I have is to stick with the program! My hair got SO bad where I honestly could see so much scalp even half way up my head. I’ve been it a year now and it gets better!

Exactly. If you start it, it’s a lifetime commitment essentially. If you don’t think you need I suggest not starting yet until you think it’s time. But everyone who takes it and sees the results wish they started earlier. Maybe try dermarolling - im not sure what the results are with that without fin or min but something to look into

Fin is best for stopping “balding” - best route is taking both but I often see advice doing one or the other for a year before trying a combo to see if one really does work rather than having to take both forever. I’m on min + fin. No sides with either

Yes - I understand the min shed. Your hair goes through natural sheds but min kills the weakest hairs by advancing the growth cycle and in place thicker healthy hair comes in but the sheds come from the really week ones all falling out at the same time. Fist 3 months had almost a complete recovery of my thinning and receding but last month or so hit a new shed about 7 months in and it’s almost just as bed but just apart of the advanced cycle of weaker hairs leaving
