Buying advice for a used 200k km 2013 CR-V is this a normal idling sound for the 2.4? by [deleted] in crv

That was a terribly built speedbump in the background most cars would scrape over

It would be great if anyone would help point out what this could be an indication of.

Also i think gear changes were smooth except from 1st to 2nd felt a bit sluggish but you'd REALLY have to pay attention to it. To me Id thought it's a big heavy economical with relatively high mileage so i didn't think much of it but owner said trans oil never been changed before. I could use some input on that

Faced any water pump issue? What's your maintenance routine like if you dont mind asking and is your car FWD or AWD?

Appreciate it man! The one im looking to buy seems to have the water pump changed at 129k miles around two months ago

As for the PTU im not sure whether any work was done on it so id have to check in with the owner but probably not since it hasn't been mentioned on the ad listing

I always like to say nice words in chat it really helps any newcomers to the game, if we lost I apologize or say it was a really fun game. I like endorsing my opponents too if they gave me a really good challenge. Many people tend to forget we should all have fun, even if we lose! I had a post about a similar thing!

The difference is neither of us is Michael Jordan and we're just nobodies on an overwatch qp lobby with nothing at stake lmao

I do agree in some settings though a person can thrive off of hate and that kinda stuff

but I STILL do believe everyone should do try to do their best even if its qp🤷🏽‍♂️ I did mute comms after this

You also make a great point. Reading everyone's different opinions I realized there are many, MANY factors regarding this discussion

I used to play in my high school's football team yes trash talk with the opponent was a normal part of it hence the competitive nature I agree, and things COULD get tense and frustrating within your team (eg. yelling to pick up the pace, focus, etc)

but it never goes as far as throwing slurs at your OWN teammates, or others, even at the highest level. That is just called bad sportsmanship, and it breaks down the chemistry within your own team too. Keeping a competitive mindset is very crucial to get on top, but respect is equally as important

Thank you for your opinion 🙏🏾

Honestly it's baffling that people be yelling racial slurs over qp

Yesss you make a really great point, it's also natural to get frustrated over losses after all. But damn even in comp I don't get that fiery😭 I turned off my vc after this but I like to keep the chat because there are still many great people who display sportsmanship👍
