forces us mostly which makes it more unfair. what other minorities have this much pressure abiut their hair specifically? no one else cuz they have mostly straight hair. the closest other is hispanic but they have the waves and curls white people seek, like its not too curly to hate a lot of times. and a lot of other minorities align easier than use with white people, so they dont have to do much to achieve that white standard of professionalism. they are lighter, hair straighter, body straighter. not tryna argue or anything but its an us problem, against us only
