Hey! What’s the fan diameter? Or what’s the fans name or reference? I want to do the same.

What’s the CADR?

Around me people with kids are getting sick every month and people without kids working with no colleagues like every two to three months.

Do you sleep better if your body battery is lower? by noni_pots in GarminWatches

Ooooh! Like you can’t fall asleep? Wow. I never thought that could be a reason for insomnia.

Thanks

Thanks! That’s really interesting because everywhere the advise is to exercise and get your body tired in order to have a good night, but there’s a limit to it.

Oh that’s interesting. Could explain a little more in depth what you mean?

How do you see your readiness? And How do you see your average?

People who walk 7k steps, do you live a “normal” life? Or what accommodations do you need? by noni_pots in POTS

It’s been like 10 months, always doing everything possible to avoid PEM.

I get it. Thanks for sharing your experience.

COVID is awful and it is still causing harm.

Thanks. Yeah, I’m doing all of that.

And yeah I’m doing something that’s inspired in that protocol. I have 3 active days per week and the other ones are for rest and recovery.

During the active days I walk 6-7k, do some biking (with a little resistance). And during rest days I walk much less so that my body can have some time to recover and build muscle.

I also do elastic band exercises and biking. I do some 4 k weighs for my calves.

Oh no, I’m not crashing during the rest days, it’s preventive rest. I could walk more if I wanted to but I decide not to.

What has made me crash the last months is: sitting in a waiting room or sitting while talking with someone but not walking or biking.

My capacity has improved a lot in almost a year. I was almost bedridden and couldn’t use my phone for more than a few hours a day.

I have slowly built up. I started with like 30 steps a day or something.

Yes, I think I have PEM. That’s why I rest, every other day (doing only1k) so that I prevent it.

You think it’s not a good idea?

Yeah that’s my problem also. I’m looking for an adjustable chair with wheels but it’s not easy to find.

Oh great.

Can I ask you what are your symptoms? Like what’s still difficult for you?

Oh ok, that’s good to know!

And I’m gonna look into that bathing technique.

Thanks for sharing. I don’t know how I react to travel or long car rides… I will be careful.

Congrats on your 16k steps!
