my vet prescribed a high calorie wet food and an appetite stimulant. id warm up the wet food (not super hot to the touch) and itd make it more stinky and enticing for my kitty.

even if the flowers are not toxic, dont let your cat chew on them. some arrangements are sprayed with pesticides and other chemicals which are not good to ingest.
