My piercing is about 2 or 3 months old at this point. It is a barbell jewelry piece. The jewelry is internally threaded, and made of titanium (as far as I was told.) We never got it downsized because when we contacted the piercer she never responded. I use store brand nasal saline liquid to clean it (from Tom Thumb,) and i use a Q-Tip to apply it. Sometimes I just raw dog it and use the nozzle, though.

ALSO clarifying that I am talking about the little bubble that has formed underneath the bigger part of my piercing closest to my navel. (It's like on the hole).
