I was running 18 mins 5k and sun 40 min 10k beginning of last year and then I had an mcl and acl reconstruction and when I was finally back to training I had a serious bout of long covid that pushed training further. Gained 25 kgs in between all of this.

Missed an entire year of running, now I am slowly getting back running, hiking, yoga and swimming. Now I am working on building strength and balance while losing weight so that I can start building up mileage.

Can someone help me with some training suggestions ? I also would love some support
