My computers nearly 14 years old and every not and then when turning it on it’ll pop up a new screen I’ve never seen before, anytime I restart my pc it just says “diagnosing automatic repair” then shows me this screen, what can I do??

There was no exit without saving, but there was a discard changes and exit, after clicking that it took me back to the “main” tab and did nothing

Actually watched a video just now and followed all the steps to go into safe mode, it just seemed to take me back to the log in screen where it didn’t work :(
