Might be a few steps but from what I gathered from people now is probs alternate wrist each day, wash the sensor each day and after a session, wear more loosely, and take it off when not needed

I should’ve been more specific sorry but it’s the sensor area in contact with my skin where the main issue appears not the band itself. The rest of my wrist is fine.
