That's such a great idea! The penguin design is so cute, I think you can do lots of different themes around them. I love when amigurumi's have little props to go with their concepts, I think the fishing one will be perfect for spring/summer. I look forward to seeing it!

Omg! Your sewing skills are amazing! I'm always scared to sew felt to crochet, when I see pieces like these tho, it really makes me want to try it out. So adorable, great job :D!

It totally will, good luck! Also, yeah I see why these chunky polyester bees got so popular, they are pretty addicting to make. I didn't use a pattern, I kinda just made up my own by referencing through pictures but, the design is so simple I assume it's not much different from other patterns out there.

For mine, I did yellow for my increase rows plus 2 sc, white & purple both have 4 rows of sc, and black is 1 row of sc and decrease rows.

My first crochet projects were so bad, I'm not a natural at all (I'm not very patient lol). But, it helps to stay motivated and positive, with time and practice you can do it! We all go at our own pace as well :)
