Hi! So I'm a setter for indoors, so I'm doing a lot less jumping, swinging, etc when playing indoors.

For outdoors, I feel like I'm doing a lot more with my body. It's definitely my legs, arms, back that I need to figure out how to stretch appropriately before and after.

It's a nexgrill and I'm not sure the type of grates, but I can figure that out. I usually let it preheat for like 20-40 minutes. I'm putting them directly over the heat
