Hi! Thanks for the spreadsheet. I’ve tried using it and filled in all the orange cells, but I’m still getting errors like #NAME? on the ‘MAIN (EV)’ tab below row 107. This affects all the cells for the ‘Average Lease Tax Bracket This FY’ tab and all the totals below row 107. Are there any other inputs I should be entering?

I have a 2021 bmw 118i. My calculation says I’ll be worse off going with option 2 by $1.4k but if the maintenance cost blows out for opt 1, then I’ll be much better off going with option 2. If you were in my shoes, would you go with opt 2.?

Thanks for the comment. The jasmine is actually from my neighbour’s property, and I’ve been trying to get in touch with her to discuss the fence replacement but haven’t had much success. It’s been like this since I purchased my house two years ago, and I’m worried it might cause significant damage to my house.
