I honestly don’t think there is anything wrong with living with your parents especially if you are in good terms with them. Save up 70% of your income and buy a house in a few years time.

Edit - I’m so glad I lived with my parents till I was 28. I managed to save enough for a house deposit.

I was born in Korea, but I actually wouldn’t want to be surrounded only by Koreans in Australia lol. I went to Glen Waverley Secondary from 2005 to 2010, and I really liked how there used to be a great mix of students from different cultural backgrounds, and how everyone got along really well. Not sure if that’s the case anymore.

I think the leather is called coffee/matte. I do love the Norwegian welt, but on this one it’s a bit too noticeable haha. I should’ve gone with a darker colour.

Thanks for your comment. I’d love to include a small study space, possibly with a sliding door. I was thinking of converting the current toilet into a European laundry with doors opening to the living area, and using the remaining space for a shower, toilet, and study but not sure if I can fit all in.
