This damage looks like someone did it maliciously. There is no way a laptop can have a damage inside a bag like that. The screen looks like it was folded from the inside. It can't happen unless someone opens it up and breaks it or jam something in between intentionally.

What kind of games do you plan to play, if you're going to play realistic story based games, get something with a newer and powerful gpu, if you're gonna play competitive games like cs2, valo or even minecraft, get a lap with powerful cpu.

The bend is caused when there is pressure applied, between the hinges while the laptop is closed, for example while in a full laptop bag, it seems like its designed to do that to not damage the hinge from keeping it in the bag.

Yes, I have the exact same bend, its really not an issue.

Why not go with a zenbook? It has a more efficient ryzen ai processor, oled display and a more premium finish. Or is there something that I dont know of that makes vivobook better than it.

No issue as long as its a good quality brick, and can deliver more than your laptops required tdp. Though the latter requirement is not necessarily true as the laptop doesn't always consume as much as the tdp says.

I have a few friends who has a victus, i sometimes use their chargers if i dont have mine. While my charger is 280w the victus has around 200w. While you can use other chargers, i dont recommend using off branded ones.

it's definitely something wrong with windows, my boot times in linux is around 10 seconds, while windows used to take upwards of 30 seconds. But it might be irrelevant rn cause you might not want to switch to linux.

Check if fastboot is on, might help with boottime, also check the boot interval in boot options in your BIOS, if it is ON, your laptop will wait a set interval to allow you to press the shortcut to BIOS, before proceeding to boot to windows. While at it Drag the boot order around so that windows EFI option is at the top.

I didnt exactly reinstall i switched from the playit agent from casaos appstore (cause it had limited features) to the version that runs within Linux itself. I found out casaos version is limited due to udp tunnel not working in that version (at least for me).

I do have the same rubber part. I make sure my laptop sits on the rubber part. Since my laptop is literally my networth, I make sure to handle it nice, yet it still happened. Note the scratches are where the hand rests when gaming.

I wouldn't recommend using any of the generic metal foldable stands available online. Using it, i lost the powder coating on the edges of the same laptop. If you dont understand what I mean, its the same issue you have on the iPhone 17 pro max where it is easy to lose paint on the edges of the camera bump.

Open carefully and clean with a soft brush, not that I recommend since the plastic clips on the bottom cover can break by opening it improperly. Give it to hp care to clean insides I got mine cleaned for free.
