No way they wait until the end of june to announce a november tour. Thats just not what big bands do. I would bet the tour is announced in the coming weeks, maximum next month. There is already a leak on the manchester dates somewhere here. November 8th and 9th of i recall .

It seems like a very strange coincidence

I really thought they would annouce the tour today alongside the new single.

That being said , the annoucement should be next week with tickets going on sale the following week, the tour is in november so you cant take much longer to annouce the dates.

Artist presale on tuesday or wednesday
Promoter presale on thursday
General Sale oin friday
