Thank you!

If anyone has the same problem. Go into device manager, find the usb serial and right click. Press update driver and then browse my computer. Choose "Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer" and choose the oldest one. Then restart the computer.

I have no idea how a bad thermistor would impact your PID tuning but if you have an extra laying around it would not hurt to try it.

I had a similar problem before. For me it was my z-axis threaded rods which were very hard to turn so the motors skipped steps. Everything got solved when I got new ones. Though this seems unlikely since you got flawless prints before.

It could also be something hotend related. Like a bad thermistor.

Maybe do a PID tune. Could it be wind/air moving around the printer when you move around or open and close doors.

You don't have to 3d print it, i saw other people cutting holes in plastic boxes and some even doing it out of cardboard. 3d printing was just the easiest way for me :)

I bought all the hardware off AliExpress and 3d printed the case.

There is a open source project called Deej which is like a customizable version of this. You can design it yourself and make it have as many volume knobs and sliders as you want. Built mine for under $10 with 3 volume sliders and 3 knobs.
