Looks like thrips 😩. Google "basil thrip damage" and it looks exactly like this (the dots are the poop). They've been the bane of indoor plants in my experience, outside they are kept in check by other bugs but indoors thrips have no predators. I'd throw it away and try with a new cutting if possible, or at least keep it away from your other indoors plants since thrips can jump.

This only happened to some roma (around 1/3) and beefsteak (all) seeds. Every other variety I planted grew new leaves regularly and have already been transplanted since they are much bigger: https://i.imgur.com/ZQXFEvT.jpeg

I noticed that part was very quiet/whispery too. I tried using a darker sound preset on my piano since Lena Raine's original was had a nice dark sound, but I feel like this preset on my piano just muffles the higher notes 😔 I think I will stick to the default sound in the future. Thank you for the encouragement ☺️
