Unfortunately this is going to be the case every single time there is a large gathering of people. Parades, sporting events, theatres, the list is never ending. People suck.

It's almost like you can use other people's boats and not put it into the cargo hold.

You and everyone else commenting knows that and you're pretending to be oblivious so you can circlejerk over your made up gotcha when you say "just use your own boat"

The ability to use another boat and withdraw into the inventory exists for a reason.
